To thee

To the awakening ones was moved here :

so glad, so honored to be in such good company…thank you again guys for posting it!

and now that another of our great poets, Nicanor Parra  got a late much  deserved recognition…wow feels even better.

curious how this long and thin strip of land, that as a french poet describes it- hangs above the Pacific ocean-is blessed with so many widely acclaimed poetic voices…

be the majestic Andes monolitic presence  behind us,

the enourmous dark deep  blue ocean in front of us,

the dry orange coloured  desertic rocks up north,

the icy pale blue Antartic landscape down south,

the green leafy giants that have seen so much…

the shiny stars that are so sharply seen  in this sky…

can it be that we surrounded by these sights from birth, blessed to be in front of such display of the Creative Mind,  sing effortlessly to the marvelous feeling of being a witness to beauty in so many forms?

P

Easter

Was reading a blog one morn during a tiny spot in my schedule. It rings a tone similar to my blog on Human Tech. Here it is:

http://mwfseekingbff.com/2012/04/06/man-vs-machine/

Rachel was talking about live contact and web contact and how family and on site social life take over on web  social life…Curiously in a different hemisphere, different age group …somehow similar thing happens to me at this moment. Was fascinated by the inmediate media connection, and the fact that – I could reach the Occupiers- from my summer tarrace that was simply magic! So twitteing every day and writing a blog seemed natural developments at that point. It was an effective part of what I do or intend to do, that is generate and rt positive vibration in a world that when opening the newpaper seems all guns and war, bombs and wrongful deaths…
So in my obsequent attitude of going against the grain, decided that better to send nurturing thoughts to this suffering world…
and the came March, the end of summer and  the beginning of the year in this part of the world…and I got lost in the myriad of things implied in starting a work year, have not left the web life aside, but certainly rythm has slowed down.
Perhaps that feminine quality, the nurturing one ,   is what the Dalai Lama meant when he said that the world would be saved by western women- a statement that brings both a strong feel of response-ability and also a sense of wonder.

The task seems to huge that His Holyness  trust in us the feminine part of thewestern  educated world is both heart warming and scary- How in the world could we do that ? Is the question that comes to mind…and perhaps this is part of the answer…

can you imagine?

We,  women that  so naturally today read and write and have a mind of our own – a conquer in itself that our grandmothers fighted for and so many women in other parts of this world still do not have-

We that enjoy to contact a friend and sharing with others…

We that have the web at our fingertips, another luxurious gift that may seem ordinary, and   for so many -look towards China -it is not so.

Imagine us fortunate female westerners, starting a quiet revolution of nurturing goodness…same as we do on our table at home, sharing and sending positive nurturing words to the world, and turning off the other discourse…can you imagine the impact if we decide to promote what we feel in our heart good and uplifting?

like this quote I got from Humanity Healing Community

I drank the water from your spring and felt the current take me.

~Rumi♥

These few  words by themselves helps dispell the bad fog that seems to wrap our world…same as Light dispell obscurity…and as in many things in life, it all begins with the discourse!

As someone says in the news today, adventure is an state of mind, would we take on the adventure foresighted by this wise being, the Dalai Lama ?

Happy Easter everybody…

ah! women still a long way to go…

Today I found an interesting article in http://www.santiagotimes.cl/blogs/150-other/23526-testnewsletter-article Talks about women in Chile meeting to talk about us;  “We didn’t want to just say ‘Oh look how nice we are as women, let’s celebrate ourselves.’ We were trying to think about and remember what women have been doing in their societies for all  these years,” Sonia Montecino, the University of Chile vice chancellor of Extension, organizer of the event, said.

It is the same remark I made to a friend that day, Women Day, it is not just about a “nice “celebration, it is more than a day, we need a month, a year, a lifetime of reflection, and raising conciousness.

I thank  the author for the article. I said: Yes there is much work to do on women issues, here and now. And yes we have had women that have been role models giving us hope for the future of our daughters. From Gabriela Mistral,to Bachelet, they have shown us the way.

I remember a mexican friend in the 80 s saying her mother used to talk about how liberated  we were, compared to mexican women-I remember thinking-oh God! can that be possible? They had Frida Kahlo for godness sake! and today that they suffered a devastating earthquake, I am sure they are there, brave mexican women, giving hope and drying tears on what is left of their homes and plazas. Because that is the feminine strenght, to hold life in their laps and raise again after tragedy and loss, for another day under the sun.

To them, goes my prayers, may these few words help them warm their night.

On the day Bachelet was elected I remember seeing women dancing on the streets with the presidential colors band wrapped around their body. It was a powerful image of the empowerment brought by having our 1st female president. Joy run throughout the streets and houses then. Todas ibamos a ser Reinas, we were all going to be Queens, writes Gabriela Mistral.

That beautiful day we were all Presidentas, thanks to one of us that dare to be.

It has been a long road from the brave mapuche and spanish females guarding life  in very harsh conditions in Colonial times, to those that won the vote for us not  so long ago, including those heroins that were the 1st to go to a University to study Medicine in my grandmother´s time, and suffered harrasment for intending so.

Those were stories  of bravery grandmothers whispered to little girls passing on the inheritance of hope. There  were many brave women, down here and around the world, and there still are, quietly facing life every day.It is not easy to be born a girl, neither is easy to keep femininity alive, when the rules of competition and markets dominate the work place and the educational system. In a world where drugs, and wars and pollution of all kinds threaten life. But times are changing for the better, for us the guardians of life.

There are still many issues to adress here, more feminine voices on the women right to own our bodies, the right to feel good about ourselves size 8 or size 16, on the current discussion on abortion, on the long suffering, deep scars left by marital abuse, and a long, long  etc.
We do need to educate, to inform, to raise public discussion on these matters, but I want to stress that as long as the road has been, we are by far better off today.
And as Michele Bachelet said, well quoted in this article, today chilean girls can aspire to be much more than teachers and nurses, they can say -I can be Presidenta -and that is great, great news !

And there is much to thank to teachers too, that with little pay and much  heart, have teached discipline and love for knowledge to generations of  girls.

As Anne Shinoda Bolen says we can, and we must  create and  promote circles of women to talk about these things. To talk and to stand up to  act, to change this world for the better. It is up to us now, there have never been so many women educated in the western world as today, it is our duty and our joy to live in these times, lets act in behalf of life.

But is also men we need to engage, to invite  in this new way of being too, but that is matter for another post, don´t you think?

Human tech

yes! I am happy, they said it too…

http://ideas.time.com/2012/03/06/the-surprising-big-idea-at-ted-turn-off-technology/?iid=op-article-mostpop1

In TED finally someone else said what I wrote long ago…yes tech gadgets and tech use and abuse do isolate…

Yes, that was what I was rumbling about in my head while seated at the beach this summer …around me only a couple of oldies were actually  reading a paper or a book…most people, not only the younger,  were into their smartphones or into their music devices, in a self connected loop that yeah- I get it- is not that bad if the radio volume of the beach stand is crazy loud…

But why are  we actually there then? do we  get to enjoy the beach? the sounds , the smells, the reality of BEING at the beach…that I guess is the main idea behind cruising 200 km away from the  city in the summer…is it not? Something most of my beach-neighbors have had to do to  be there… and the little cute phones and gadgets were taking them awaym to some virtual world…

Tech is an extension of human thought, not to be diminished and certainly has a very  good side, like the fact I am writing here in my terraza and with a click will be there for the world to read-Thing is, its  the self connected loop  what worries me still…one afternoon I saw in alarmed amazement, a baby seated in a back seat car right there in front of a georgeous view of the sea at a parking lot…and the baby had a tv set  30 cm from her head…engaging her brand new brain into an artificially colored loud nightmerish soup…while the silent mighty sea was waiting for her gaze!

My mind went n rewind( yes metaphor intentional) to my son words- so many yrs ago- a kid 2 yrs old, staring at this same sea, the same beach:

-mommy soooo much water! -he said, his little hand squeezing mine.  His surprised look, and his words made family history, and sealed a bond between us that has lasted 20 years. He continues to be a curious human being, and we continue to share the joy of discovery.

Will this young baby enjoy the same joyful discovery with her  family? I doubt it.

Real, natural landscapes will look a lot less appealing to her than the fast  moving screen.

Then my mind went into high gear and fast forward to 20 yrs from now…if we continue this trend, what kind of world are we building? where would this tech frenzy fashion taking us? yes most probably our cars will be computer directed, as will our homes,it will make more efficient many things, and the permanent conection will be used in many ways…but where will be our human conectedness…when and how today children will practice communicate, share, agree and disent with real others in front of them?

Where will they experience community? in a web page?

As one OWS blogger put it, to change the world we have to go beyond the glaring screens of our computers and our phones, beyond twitting it, beyond writing in a facebook wall, we must be present.

For that we must go beyond our fascination with technology, and  co-create  a culture where we use technology to enhance our experience of the world, to free our time to enjoy it, not to replace it.

To impulse us to engage with others, not to isolate us from them.

We must create a human tech.

To use the mind…

Those words from Deepak resonate with the info I deeply want to share in my workshops this year.

Going into the mind vs brain thing, he makes a statement I have lived by:

To use the mind or to let the mind use me.  And that is the whole point, walking through this life without knowing that 90% of time my mind is in automatic mode, running the old programs that were set in there by others …by my less conscious experience, and making choices out of that…is the definition of foggy behavior  for me!

Let me explain. That to me is the fog we walk into, we make choices out of the  beliefs we do have, so there is a kind of ghost there taking command, certainly not in our best interest. This is the4 ghost of past experiences , the ghosts of parents, teachers, pertners that have left their mark in our unconscious, creating more fear than faith in ourselves and the world.

The amazing thing is that we take these foggy beliefs as truth, and act from there.

Aand it is what we do until a very large or a very painful situation throws us into  unknown territory , old frightful uncertainty. But uncertainty is the most clear name for what we come to do on this Earth…we know we are alive, but do not know for how long, we know we are alive today but no idea if tomorrow, and more  if we start to open to the world,  if we engage in contact with others….we may make friends, fall in love even, have kids, a job…bla bla but again for how long? we do not know!

Love a place of security? eeh no…love is many things but certainty is not.

A job? a gain a job does give me a certain level of securuty based in its  relativecertainty…but will be there tomorrow, next month? next year? Fact is no, it is not certain, not secure.

Many in the world now have awaken to this fact ,and that can be  painful, but as so many things in this life it is also a lesson…nothing is certain…certainty is an illusion of the mind—as buddhism puts it, it is a clear desire in us….but it does not have a real base.

Then what is the choice? to keep ourselves inside a shell afraid of stepping out? or is it that we will learn to live in uncertainty and get the most of it?

the most of what?  u can say…the most of the fact that yes we are here today,,,so lets enjoy and appreciate today.

There is where the experience of consciousness in meditation comes to help. Whispers to us:

do not judge it, do not despise it… consciousness is here to expand that experience -just be.

But what if no one teached us about consciousness…then we have no idea that I am not my brain, that I am not my mind that I am more than the physical experience of my thoughts.I remember the surprise that this experience brought to me…-so I am not my thoughts? wow, it felt so good, so freeing not to be my thoughts of oppression, my thoughts of Fear, my thoughts of scarcity…the fact that they are only thoughts produced in my mind and that I could change them, was quite a leap in consciousness.

There I learned I could use my mind to my benefit instead that being used by my mind…it was a paradigm shift that changed my life and those lives around me…learn to flow in the ebb of whatever is…no fixed goals but evolve, no fixeed results, but the best possible results for the moment at hand really liberates us from the tiranny of control, where mind and reasoning effort  was King and I was slave !

That is probably why I do love to travel, to face the unknown ,,,and go through it.

someone told me once i had a philosophy, and I thouhjt no i do mot bevc associate

Comfort and choice

I found this couple of articles in my seach for words for my inner feeling these days one is this one ;

“Amazon Bezos spoke to the Class of 2010 about the difference between choices and gifts. Cleverness, Bezos pointed out, is a gift, while being kind to others is a choice. One’s character, he suggested, is reflected not in the gifts one is endowed with at birth but rather by the choices one makes over the course of a lifetime.

Also here http://rosecityresistance.org/2012/01/20/community-is-revolution/Joe  says:

“I also learned another important lesson. Comfort is the enemy of revolution. Comfort blinds us. Comfort steals our passion. Comfort enables us to make excuses. Comfort denies the very real class war that is waged against us and our comrades every single day. Comfort relies on institutions. The Camp was extremely uncomfortable. The camp was extremely raw. Yet, had there been no camp there would have been no community. The Camp stood in the face of the American Imperial Institutions and  said. “Here there is no institution, here there is only community…!

If I wave both ideas together.I get near an inner feel that this week in particular has been nagging me.

Yes the idea of comfort is a deep seated belief in our world, a dangerous and false belief.

We have been sold the supposed comfort of being  in the mainstream life, as Joe puts it so well, the civilian ability to get into debt to obtain the imagined comfort is a false and powerfully seductive idea. What is sold as comfort, is nothing more than the comformity with a set of paradigmatic beliefs whereby having more of this or that, we will be more comfortable, therefore paradigm says, we will be better off. And the exact opposite is true.

So, more pricy clothes, more cars, bigger houses, more stuff into there, will do the trick. Will get us into a comfort zone, there and then we will be finally happy. Is the fragil bubble we the baby boomers were born into, when  after WW2 our parents were manipulated into this frame of mind, and we got it in the crib. Then the 60s brought a sense of- hey that is not real!

Make love not war was the slogan…and rock song as a expression of a  different  feeling took the central spotlight..then came Woodstock . and after a brief spring, the mainstream culture got the idea and turn it into a sellable item…so those of us that were growing up kept the feeling in our hearts, and got into the machine, to be as much comfort as possible…that was the via regina towards again, consumers happy life…

Ah but life had a surprise for us.As Joe found out in his heroic  quest , and going further comfort is the enemy more than revolution, is the enemy of evolution…of growth, of learning, of creation…of freedom.

In my case it was when I began raising kids, that I had to confront the idea of comfort, I had to ask myself, is comfort what I want for them? what is that I want  after I am gone for them to  remember? How comfortable was their life?

And my inner answer came as an inner fire…no! I do not want them to be at ease with themselves and with the world they have inherited  ! I want them to challenge the assumptions, to confront, to disagree, to take the best of this world experience and create a new World a better one…and to enjoy themselves in the process.

And for that , knew that comfort was not a road to travel…

I realized by then that the world they were to receive, was far from the quiet stroll my parents have teached me, and far from the ideals I have soaked in the 60s.

Torn between those polarities, depression and mild comformity was the answer…but not for long, my inner compass was saying -hey! wake up, and do it soon…they cant wait for long!- like coming out of a deep hypnosis  I began to realize exactly that, my worst enemy was  comfort, or better said false comfort…the culture shining package of  -com´on! stay where you are…do not rock the boat…things are just the way they are…you wont change a thing by rebelling against that what isalready  into place !

But the feeling grew stronger and stronger, and comforming to the norm got unbelievebly painful, so I had to move. I had to challenge the statu quo.

So I became an uncomformist mom, as I imagine many more are nowadays…I took them to a different educational method , became a paria between my circle….and got used to it…felt so much better …was not that bad considering the alternative!  I found out, as Joe did too, that when comfort is not the norm…growth is experienced, and creative capacities get a boost.

So I began the walk towards making -as Clarissa Pinkola Estes says- to make my own shoes to dance. Was a long road, many dangers and challenges appeared, had to find my own voice in the middle of all the other voices, and follow it, be faithful to it…have I arrived to my destination? I would not say so. I am not there yet, but I got a sense of direction and that is all we need in life. And all I wanted my kids to remember. Those of us who do not trust the system and its results,  just need find the direction…the flow of the Universe takes us places, from then on. Do  I consider myself  free? no, not yet, but every day is nearer, I can feel that too.

It has been yes a life in the tent, so to speak, hard and umconfortable many times, cold and obscure in the winter, raw experience, not luxuries neither room to indulge, but I bet my kids and I  would not trade it for anything…we got a sense of community, we build a place of love for each other , a sense of peace, that would have beeen impossible the other way.

What I intend to say here is that, when I speak of comfort , is not theory, I have experienced its seductive allure, and know its strong pull. And I also know its harmful effects.

I see them everyday in my practice, I see women tired, sad to the bone, depressed and angry , angry mostly  to themselves. Bright, educated, talented women, that have carried their pain for too long. They cannot accept the result of their choices…because they have chosen , they have betrayed themselves, by accepting that “comfort” as the price for their freedom. I see young people, hurt by the world and its disponsable values, I see them lost and angry, and I know where they are coming from.

They all feel cheated, hurt confused. They were sold a lie, bought it, and passed it on.

In that pain, in listening to it, the answer is wrapped.

Here is where the Amazon founder quote comes into place: all the talent , all the cleverness one has, is a gift. The choices we make are the difference. There lies our freedom.

We buid a life result of our choices…lets then be careful and be wise, lets be brave, find our inner voice, and follow its direction. We are all needed to get out of this mess we got ourselves into.

The world awaits.

The price is our self respect.

Dignity

Yes; the blog http://404systemerror.com/about/a-new-narrative/ has put the finger exactly where it needs to be, and dignity is a harsh concept to grasp, The powerful dismiss it, the weak ones dis -own it, by that I mean that when one feels or acts from a feeling of weakness one is not aware of  the dignity implied on the fact of being a sacred being , a spark of the Divine, therefore deserving of dignity from the inside out…just for being oneself.

There is why the spiritual dimension is key to the concept, from there the conclusion I read once that the non violent movement Gandhi initiated, and those that followed, the  US civil liberties movement that Rose Parks and M Luther King ignited afterwards, and Nelson Mandela in Southafrica ,that  those movements were deeply rooted in the spiritual dimension and the spiritual core of their followers.

Because only that, spirituality understood as the  encarnation of  Divinity, or a dimension of the Mystery if you like,  in each of us, humans, is the force that can drive and keep alive that awareness…for whenever one, even if it is  only  for one ocassion, rises to that level of awareness, to that vibrational frequency…then one never forgets how it is to feel dignity, be worthy, precious. And with time and practice, one begins to walk head up , feel that dignity inside , and therefore showing it on the outside, and then one can demand it…but only then,

And that happens mostly when one  is recognized as such by another being…that is the beauty and the tragedy of it.

Some of us, luckier than most, have been hold as precious as children, so carry in us the seed of dignity, and with it the resilience to stand up for what is rightfully ours.  So many have not had that experience , and have to earn it later.

In the cycle of abuse for example, what is more pervasive, more than the physical abuse, more than the verbal abuse, is the loss of dignity implied . When someone dis-respects me  he is saying i am more valuable than you-and with that act intend to take away a piece of my soul, and that is the pain one feels like a needle piercing the layers of ones self.

Then if one is lucky enough to be at a level of awareness to realize this, one can recover dignity by pointing it out. I deserve to be treated with respect.

But what if that is not the case…then one must begin by looking for the source of discomfort…foggier as dim is our sense of sacredness…but it is somewhere, the discomfort will not cease until we find it, and then

-aha!- nothing like the moment one discovers that dignity was the issue!  then it is back, we repossess our dignity, and one feels empowered to ask for it, to voice it out, to make it a must.

At a social level…it applies the same dynamics, that is why the Occupy movement, the world uprising  wont go away, it is here to stay cause when one finds dignity in the eyes of another, there is no  step backwards.

A Christmas culture

Been silent for a while, we as a global culture are going through so much at this time …and some silent pondering is good practice, when more noise is in the air…silence nurtures the inner enviroment.

It is hard to write an original piece, more now when I choose from a myriad of ideas… Christmas as a topic!

The Occupiers have shifted gears, brave souls! and that is good, they are carrying the message further from the Liberty Plaza, into many different directions, I particularly like the one towardsd the people which houses are in danger of foreclosure,  this is so meaningful …more that ever at this time of year…it is the season of sharing!

They are saying -we care you keep a roof over your head…and it is a strong message…

Christmas is around the corner, at home I rally my troops to make the Christmas tree our main decoration..that is a huge task literally! have been unsuccessful until today, and I guess we all are feeling the social strong  pressure, so many of us are with our minds on special gifts for those we love, and  then…this is the most important dinner of the year!

For us women pressure sums up, and I intend to keep it at bay!  Ooooommmm….And this is a magical night, a Holy Night…I have always felt that the sky literally opens on Christmas night, like a pie slice it opens and white iridiscent powerful Light comes down as a cascade… I can feel the angels singing  Glory to the One…and Peace to all men of good will…

Well cant speak for everybody , to me this is the most important time of the year, I feel the magic in the air and that dinner is certainly special …I tend from the moment I became a conscious person to skip the expensive  gifts, due to the budget stand we are in as a family, and also more important  from a philosophical point of view. I have come to realize that austerity is a good thing to be learned, and the new generations need the lesson. I give little things with meaning, like the year I gave my son a bowl and a bag of little glass stones…I remember his face until today when I  told him to put one in the bowl each time he had a positive thought!

And I consider my personal task  to stress to those I love that the important things are the coming together, the sharing of our time..it is the biggest gift we can give, the willingness to connect.

and to me this is the point, it is a moment in time most of the world, or a big part of it  share the festivity …and is aware of something more profound …a unique spirit permeates the people in the streets, the cashier girl at the supermarket, the landlord at the front of my house…we all get in the spirit of giving, and that is the miracle that changes the usual frown face for a smiling one…we down here in the heated summer, and at the winter side of this occidental world,  the people singing at the entrance of the malls…reminding us this is not about things…this is the season of the Spirit of Love.

I always remember a story I read once, in the Atlanta Journal…a story of the 1st World War when some  men in the trenches that Holy Night, began to sing and from the other side came the answer—more singing…I imagine that moment …two lenguages, two opposite views of reality… so beautiful to realize that we humans are able of such paradoxical gestures, for one blessed night feel the brotherhood of human condition, from all places in the war scenario! This is Higuer Self in action, real human power, to trascend the scenery that circumstances leave us with…to stretch ourselves and be better beings…to let our heart lead us, and I want to stress that now.

And I see it everywhere, seems  it is in most people´s mind to be gentle around this time…is only my perception or is it for real? well this is a longer discussion, specially if a psychologist is involved in it :) but my point is… if we can as a culture these days , if  a big portion of Humanity get into this spirit of giving once a year, then is good news, we can…we really can be more loving, kinder, gentle and generous in all interactions with the others we encounter, therefore I deeply believe we  are really able to  build a Christmas culture ! Do not know what that idea rises in your being but my heart swells in joyful expectancy.

I have trusted that human hability for many years, and been a foot soldier of that cause, a  grass root  worker for that threshold to be crossed, but now, now  I am in very good company, better than ever.

First the brave occupiers, there at the archetypal center of the capitalist world, and then those that  generously  bring their talent, as masters of the image, and  document the movement, stressing the peaceful non violent  tone in it.

Then there are the hundreds and hundreds of human beings around the world, from the Arab riversides to the Europeans plains , from the canadian forests to the chilean mountains… so many waking up to the simple fact that we deserve a better world, a world where we are all equally important, that there are no exceptions to the rule of fairness, and that we are starting to build this better world, and we wont stop until is done.

As one young and wise  economist  says so well in an occupylove.org video we are here on Earth  to give to each other. This is our primal urge, We are one Human family. We are here to share our human capacity to connect. To intimate. To Love .

And that is the source of the  joy we feel so profoundly at Christmas…we have then social permission to do just that, to give …and this year the distortions of consumerism wont delude us that much. Global conscience is higuer than that.

Merry Christmas New world ! so glad to see you being born…

Here it is finally …

Here it is the english version of

Manifiesto femenino

Femenine manifest

Why the women someone asks and in the thin air the question floats.

Because from the dawn of time we are the guardians of all that is alive.

Because it is in us that the miracle of Life happens, because it is in us like Simone de Beauvor puts it so well.it is in us that each month a craddle of blood and tissue is woven,

because it is in us where in an mysterious uncertain unpredictable  moment, Life settles, gets a nest, becomes more Life…

because it is in us , that this nested  Life grows, evolves, discovers the Cosmos and his place in it, because it is from there, from that exact moment that Life is lived from inside us, that every child of this Earth is our child, every living being speaks to us,

because from  then on, every abandoned child, every youngster that falls  as a result  of a bullet, of a drug,of a violent repressive act is rightfully ours, belongs to us , and his reality hurt us.

Because it is in this one, our womb where it can be felt the anguish, the tearing, all the darkness and the loneliness, that unadvertingly we have created, in this act of madness we have called this century culture.

Because them, those that belong to us,  have lost themselves in the crystal screens,on the shiny gadgets that exist one day and run rampant to their extintion next day, without a trace.

Those gadgets that isolate them in a fantasmagoric soporiferous state of consciousness, silencing it, keeping them barely alive in a semi-hypnotic trance.

Because the savage violence of the ignorance is felt in our guts…

and yes, it is from the beggining of community life, that had been us women, the ones that get together at the end of the day, and it is in this conversation, in this circle around the awakening consciusness…where we recover hope, where we regain strenght to stand up again, and humbly take another step into the unknown.

Because depends on  us to go on waking  up those that are ours, in our kitchens in our living rooms in our bedrooms, in each encounter, go like women before us did ,signaling the beauty, turn our attention to what is good , what nurtures, what heals…to walk towards an embrace with what is alive, the one who is hurt, who is alone .

Because it corresponds to us to wake up on Earth the scope of being human, to give birth to the enormous Being that resides in us.

Because it was already said;” We live only to discover Beauty… all the rest is a form of waiting…” Gibran

In order to do that we need to change, to change our name  from a feminist female, to a femininist that sees recognizes the majestic sacred Presence in the Other, that nurtures that accompany it.To water to prune to feed and to weed vibrant gardens of flowers animals, humans it is our work, to hold  each in its unique oneness, all  intertwined in magnificent balance.

It is Batesons sad admonition the one that has to impulse us, rekindle the fire of our connection:

The myth of Power is of course a very powerful myth and probably the mayority of people believes in it, but even if so it is episthemological madness and take us to all kind of desasters

if we continue operating  in terms of a cartesian dualism of mind vs matter probably end up seeing the world as God vs human, elite vs people, chosen race against the others, nations vs nations and man vs enviroment:

It is doubtful a civilization like that ,with such technological proficiency and this weird way to look at the world could remain on Earth”

To those of us with our ears  open…

the ancestral fire then keeps growing illuminating the dark night of our time that covers with its mantle the horizon…

Paria
